Cincinnati Time ships within the USA and to Canada by UPS Ground, USPS. We can also ship UPS-Red, UPS-Blue and UPS 3-day. FedEx may also be used at our discretion. Restrictions exist for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. All finished goods will ship from the Ohio distribution center facility.
Tracking numbers for each order placed are available in your registered account. You can click on "My Account" at the bottom of each page. After you login, you will be able to access your order status including the tracking number.
All in-stock items ordered online by 12:00 noon (Eastern), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 noon on business days and orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders placed online can only be shipped within the United States (contiguous 48 states). We will make every effort to confirm actual shipping with you via e-mail. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery for any reason, including the confirmation e-mail(s).

All units are packed carefully, correctly and undergo a detailed inspection before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for missing units or damaged shipments must be made within two working days of receipt of order.
To return a Cincinnati time clock or terminal, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) by contacting Cincinnati Time within 30 days of product purchase. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy. Software and special-order products are not eligible for return. Returned items must be complete with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. If possible, please use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products.
Cincinnati Time warrants this equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Cincinnati Time warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Units found to be defective under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of parts, or entire units, at Cincinnati Time’s sole discretion. This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to negligence, accident, misapplication or have been repaired or modified by anyone other than Cincinnati Time.
